Student Placement Coordination Tool
Health Provider Portal
In this portal you can:
Register
Register and set up your account within the Student Placement Health Provider portal.
Plan capacity
View indicative placement requirements from Education Providers. Create placement ‘offers’, specifying how many placements you can offer across different clinical areas and time periods.
Liaise and match
View requests from Education Providers against your organisation’s placement offers. You will be able to approve, accept with modifications or decline these requests.
Confirm and prepare
THIS IS A FUTURE FEATURE NOT YET AVAILABLE
View students that have been allocated to your confirmed placements by education providers. Assign supervisors to placements. Students will receive information including onboarding details about your placement through their portal.

What is a Workforce Account?

The Health Placement Hub will not have access to any of your personal health information through this account.
